Our mission is to provide bags of basic necessities to people experiencing poverty.

Our vision is to provide a sense of dignity and respect to those who receive a bag.

The key is to be able to build lasting relationships and provide bags that aid in the restoration of hope in Northwest Arkansas and around the world.

Our motto is, “the bag is just a tool.”

The bag is just a tool to take that first step in building a continuous friendship. It establishes a sense of dignity and respect.

It puts a name with a face. It is a tool to know the story, the journey, the pain, the suffering, the joy, the motivations and so much more of a person. The bag is truly just a tool to reach the unknown and the overlooked.

What's in a Bag?

Supply List (for both men’s and women’s bags):

• reusable shopping bag
• 1-gallon Ziplock bag
• full-sized shampoo
• deodorant (M/W)
• shaving cream (M/W)
• bar soap (M/W)
• razors (M/W- no single/double blades)
• toothbrush/toothpaste
• travel-sized wipes and hand sanitizer
• pocket tissues
• chapstick
• q-tips
• cough drops
• 2 pairs new socks

Other, on-going needs:

• full sized women’s products (body wash, lotions, feminine hygiene, girly things!)
• cases of water
• laundry detergent/dryer sheets (used monthly at Laundry Love)
• laundry baskets
• wash cloths/towels
• toilet paper/paper towels
• diapers/wipes/formula
• quality plastic tubs with lids
• dog food
• tarps/rope/duct-tape
• flashlights
• canned food
• hot chocolate/apple cider packets (winter)
