"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me."   Matthew 25: 35-36

This winter I have found an opportunity to embark on a short-term mission trip to Athens, Greece on January 12, 2024. I will join a medical team who are taking the Gospel and medical assistance to many of the refugees that have fled for safety to Athens, Greece.

Our medical team will provide general medical and eye care in clinics held in extremely poor communities. We will partner with local churches who know the culture and the needs of the communities. We will also target unreached people groups with the Gospel. The refugees are looking for a place where they can find hope and compassion. Therefore, each day, we will work with several local believers, including a translator, and go throughout the community, praying for and sharing Christ with those we meet. We will begin the discipleship process with as many new believers as we can, and our local partners are committed to following up with those who make professions of faith throughout the week and establishing new churches in those areas.

I have created this fundraiser to ask that you consider partnering with me on this mission trip through prayer and financial contributions. I believe God has called me to go and share my skills with the refugees. However, this can only happen if others will join my sending team of spiritual and financial supporters.
