This will be my first mission trips to Africa as a pharmacy student. One of the main reason for studying at Loma Linda was to take apart of missions and witness God's work globally. Now that I have committed to this trip, I am excited and nervous to what is ahead.

I will be working closely with staff and physicians from the Waterloo SDA Hospital, our multidisciplinary team will provide healthcare education and assessment to the local community- interacting with local patients, community members and local schools to promote wholeness.

•Emergency response training for local healthcare providers
•Community-based health fairs in conjunction with local healthcare providers
