Help me share the Gospel in Ethiopia!

Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by my page!  This last year has brought a lot of change in my life, and yet two things that have remained constant are God's faithfulness and His goodness.  I have learned that to know my identity in Christ is to truly know freedom and abundant life, and the greatest opportunity I have is to get to share this good news with others so that they might know the same.

I am grateful for the opportunities I've had in the last year, which include co-leading an amazing group of women in my community group at Watermark Community Church, volunteering with a non-profit that leverages our legal system to fight human and drug trafficking in West Dallas while sharing God's love and also getting to engage others in conversation about the Gospel from West Dallas to Uptown with young adults on the Unashamed weekend at Watermark  

God has now opened the door for me to go on a short-term mission trip to Ethiopia with e3 Partners Ministry (www.e3partners.org) and Watermark Community Church in July, 2015.  We will team up with Ethiopian Christians as we do children's VBS and men's & women's outreach.  The purpose of the trip is to build relationships and share Christ with Ethiopians who have never heard the name of Jesus and help fulfill e3 Ethiopia's vision of planting churches with the unreached peoples of the Arsi Oromo.  Romans 10:17 says, "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."  Without someone proclaiming the Gospel, these people have no opportunity to hear and be saved.
