GUESS WHO'S GOING TO ETHIOPIA IN APRIL?!?
This time not two, but FOUR Sonniers (Mike, Allison, Jax, and Jett) are headed to Ethiopia to spread the gospel to the unreached, and we could not be more excited.
WHEN: April 3-14
WHERE: Amhara Region, Ethiopia
WHY: We have three main missions on these trips.
1. E3 partners with the local government to have chickens delivered to each of the homes we will visit on our trip. The chickens provide a sustainable income for these poverty stricken families.
2. Using the Priceless Cube we will educate the people we meet about human trafficking. It is common to send children away with someone who comes into the village promising a job that pays well. Families choose to send their children away believing they are giving them a good opportunity. They don't realize the circumstances in which their children end up. We have heard many stories firsthand about the horrifying reality these children suffer, and this fuels us to continue spreading the word and encouraging families to keep their children at home with them.
3. Most importantly, we will present the gospel of Christ using the EvangeCube. We have a passion to see everyone come to the Lord, and specifically we feel a tugging on our hearts to reach the people of Ethiopia.
We pray you will consider joining our support team.
1. Your prayers are appreciated much more than I can describe. We know when doing the work God calls us to there is nothing the enemy would like more than to slow us down. Please pray for preparation, for the people we will meet, for our hearts and minds to be focused, for health, travel mercies, and for our family at home.
2. The total cost for our family is $13,180. If you are able to contribute financially, click on the green button below. You can either donate online or follow the instructions to mail in a check. Or if you'd prefer, you can send a check to us.
We are passionate about this ministry, and we'd love to chat and answer any questions you may have. Better yet, we'd love if you joined us! Thank you for your prayers and support.
