Why I'm Going:

I have been on 3 previous mission trips and each one has been life-changing, not only for me but for the ones we were able to help as well. I have been to the Amazon once before and it was such a humbling experience that I would love to be a part of something so great again. The focus of this mission trip will be to assist the people medically and since I am starting my third semester of nursing school, I thought this would be an invaluable experience.
