It took us 28 years and a whole country (Mexico) in the middle for us to find each other. God moved two totally different hearts, cultures and countries to put together our little family. We have been so blessed by GOD caring and providing for us during this almost 7 years of wonderful marriage. We met in Guatemala in November 2009 and after 30+ trips between Guatemala and Atlanta, GA our love grew so deeply without any doubt we decided to get married on April 14, 2012 in John Day, Oregon celebrating with family in the USA. We saw the hand of GOD working in the smallest details not only in the wedding planning but in providing us with the K1 Visa process and everything that implicates getting married to a foreign person. GOD has been so wonderful to us. Our families are so far apart with one family in Guatemala and the other family in Oregon he has provided us with wonderful friends and a loving home church.

One of the things we talk about before getting married was the tremendous desire to have children and not wait a minute after we got married. We have been trying to have children biologically for almost 11 years and so far, it has not happened. We have been taking care of ourselves medically and consulting with Fertility Specialists for the last 4 years. About five years ago the Lord has been speaking to us heavily about 'Adoption'. We have been praying, fasting and talking with our friends and family about Adoption. GOD has brought us peace and confirmation that our baby is not necessarily going to share our Genes but has already been picked by GOD to be a part of our family. Since that moment we pray for him or her, loved him or her and wanted him or her.

Our Home Study has now been certified we could be placed with a new born baby within 6-9 months all in God's will.

We strive to be financially debt free in our family. But with the process of 'Adoption' can be very costly. These costs include: Home Study, Legal Costs, Medical Costs, Agency Fees and possible travel expenses (If Out of State Adoption). The costs could be between $45,000 to $60,000 now with how living expenses have increased. We know that the Lord will provide what is necessary and when is necessary. We would like to ask of you to please pray for our journey and for the baby GOD has for us. We are hoping that you would be a part of our endeavor blessing us with a financial gift.

This journey is special for us and every one of you is a piece of this beautiful puzzle that is our life. We are building a special puzzle and every one of you that supports us in prayer or financially their name will be in the back of a puzzle piece. It will be a reminder for our baby to know all the special people that have prayed for him or her to be with us.
