The last 5 years have been a whirlwind of hill tops and valleys navigating some of the hardest years I have ever experienced. Across those hill tops and valleys, I have witnessed and felt the goodness of God in ways I never knew were possible. Over the last couple months I have had a deep desire to experience God more than what I was seeing in my everyday life. I started exploring bible studies and various serving opportunities to add into my routine. I was seeking out ways to be His hands and feet and to see Him move in ways like never before. In that seeking, He opened the door to go on a 10 day mission trip to Ethiopia with my home church, Watermark. 

It is truly wild to think that I have been given an opportunity to share the gospel in a 3rd world country. I couldn't imagine a better way to experience more of God. On August 2nd of this year, I will be setting off with a group of peers within Watermark Community Church to go and make the name of God known. The ultimate goal of this trip is to assist our Ethiopian ministry partners with building relationships & sharing the Gospel with Ethiopians who have never heard the name of Jesus. This will be my first mission trip!
