Hello!

As some of you may or may not know, last Spring I went to Haiti with a group from my church. We spent our time helping the local community and church in a town called Jacmel. We helped with projects to improve a house that is used for housing young girls whose parents gave them up for a variety of reasons. We also helped out with a local feeding program that prepares meals for kids that are sponsored by a donor as well as helped with some activities with the kids at the church. 

All this to say, I am going back! I will be heading out with a team from the church this Spring to help out in the community and church again. I do not know what the plan is for this trip, but presumably we will be helping out with more projects in the area. We will also be incorporating a spiritual aspect to our mission and although I do not know what this will entail, I am excited to see where this leads.

For this trip, I would love for you to partner with me in a few ways. 

First, I would appreciate your prayers for the team, Haiti, and myself. Specifically I would love for you to declare in your prayers that people would see our Father's love and that breakthrough would be seen in Haiti.

Second, I ask that you would think about sponsoring one of the kids that we serve food to at the feeding program. I've personally seen people's donations going to feed the kids and I can say it is a worthy cause.
