Be a part of the compelling story of what God is doing to reach the Digo (population 204,000) and Segeju people (population 16,00), two of Tanzania's unreached people groups who live in the Tanga region. They have yet to hear of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Less than 1% of these groups claim to be Christ followers, with the remaining claiming Islam.

Our mission for this trip is to empower the small number of believers to participate in telling Biblical stories to evangelize, make disciples and establish new oral churches which will multiply to establish new oral churches.

In addition to working with believers to evangelize and establish churches in their villages, we will be launching Community Transformation in the Tanga region. We will have a team teaching Community Transformation with local churches and will engage with specific communities to address some of their greatest physical challenges in hopes to open the door for the gospel message. We may have the opportunity to begin drilling a water well, teach water sanitation, hygiene and other Community Transformation related materials while sharing bible stories and the love of Jesus.

God has opened many doors in this region through Biblical story telling, opening preschools to teach English to children using Bible stories and helping bring clean water to villages that have none.
