The Gateway to the Incan World
Home to just 2,700 people, Urubamba is a small town nestled in the Andes Mountains and a popular stop for mountain climbers. It is the largest municipality in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, making it a vital transportation hub for visitors to the area. Produce sales and local craft shops drive the local economy.
What We’re Doing
On this expedition, we will host a series of medical and eye care clinics where residents can receive free exams, medications, and eyeglasses. As we serve the people, it will provide new opportunities to share the Gospel with them.
As we serve the people, we will experience new opportunities to share the Gospel with them. We will travel home-to-home and build relationships with others in the community, explaining the story of Jesus along the way. Those who receive Christ or request more information will be contacted by the local pastors and new churches will be established.
In just one week, you can provide free eye care, spread the Gospel, and establish new churches in the unreached communities of southern Peru.
