# Join the Disciple-Making Movement in Uganda!
Hello, friend! Thank you for visiting my fundraising page and prayerfully considering how you can join this exciting work. I'm excited to share how e3 Partners is igniting disciple-making movements worldwide—and how God is calling everyday believers like you and me to play a vital role. Every Christian is commissioned to make disciples who make disciples, teaching them to obey all that God has commanded. Thus partaking in fulfilling Jesus' Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20:
- "And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'"
e3 Partners equips local churches and believers across 65+ countries to live out this mandate. God has beautifully connected me with the e3 Uganda team through participating myself in short-term trips, and now they've invited me to serve part-time as a **movement practitioner**. In this role, I recruit, mobilize, and lead teams on short-term trips to train and establish self-sustaining disciple-making movements among local churches and communities.
One thing I love most about e3s model and use of short term teams, is that we equip locals to carry the work forward, backed by year-round e3 staff and national partners, who continue with follow up and more training year round. The short-term teams help fuel lasting, generational impact, and with the ongoing work of our local partners, no vacuum is left behind once the short term teams leave!
As part of e3's global family of 400+ staff and 2,000 national partners, I'm committed to leading **at least one trip per year** (costing ~$4,000 or $350/month). Your support helps make this possible.
