I've always wanted to participate on a mission trip to another country and for the first time this spring, I have been given a chance to go. In March 2017, myself and a team of students and health professionals from Loma Linda University will be traveling to Zimbabwe!

As a participant, I'll be able to help in many service opportunities. We will be providing health screenings and care to the local population of Zimbabwe.

Currently, I'm in the process of raising money to cover my trip expenses amounting to $1500. I know that I can reach this goal with the support of friends and family like you. I've always been involved with community service, but this trip will allow me to really extend my reach and provide healthcare education and assessment to the local community- interacting with patients, community members and local schools to promote wellness and wholeness.
