Voices Publishing

Creates avenues for writers of color to be published through our partnerships with IVP and Wipf and Stock imprint. This work also includes writers retreats that help leaders of color understand and enter the publishing world.

International Pilgrimages

These pilgrimages takes leaders of color to various places around the world to study global connections to the lives, history and experiences of other global leaders.

Voices/Kilns college

Offering scholarships and various courses taught primarily by professors of color as a way to make education accessible and contextualized for leaders of color.

Mentorship

One-on-one meetings with leaders of color around the world as a resource and encouragement to their lives and work.

Trainings

For organizations and churches that want to attract, support and retain leaders of color on their staff or in their communities

Student conference

Annual conference in the Pacific NW geared at supporting university student leaders.

Internships

Paid Summer internships with Churches or organizations to expose leaders of color to non-profits and professional learning opportunities with experienced leaders of color.
