Hi my name is Charity Wood Horton and I'm in my second semester of nursing school at Central Alabama Community College. One of my passions, which is why I wanted to go to Nursing School, is to help others in their time of need medically and at the same time spiritually. I'm one of the students along with many others, including nursing faculty, from Central Alabama Community College that E3 Partners (PureCharity) chose to invite on a special Mission Trip to Copan Ruinas in Honduras this coming Summer 2019. Honduras is an important country in Central America with a population of about 9.2 million. We will do our work in the city of Copan Ruinas in the western most part of the country bordering Guatemala. This trip will include a medical component so we can take care of the physical man but we will also be sharing the gospel and doing discipleship so we can take care of the spritual needs. Mark 16:15: "He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." I would like to bring all my service, including my nursing knowledge, musical talent, and my living testimony to spread God's word to them. However, to make my dreams come true I need collect a goal to cover my expenses and needs. I will be grateful and appreciate any monetary donation that God puts on your heart to make this trip possible and help all those in need in Honduras.
