We're the Cleland family and we're excited to be bringing our new son home from China! God has already blessed us with four precious children, all of whom were given to us through adoption. Ever since we traveled to China for our son, Archie, and saw the huge numbers of children without families we've known we would adopt one more. At the end of last summer we decided the time had finally come. After several months of wading through paperwork we got a call about a little boy with hemophilia who needs a forever family. We researched, talked, and prayed and finally said yes. His name will be Walter Bookman Cleland. Lord willing, we're less than 6 months away from traveling to China to bring him home. As you probably know, adoption is expensive. Thanks to a generous anonymous gift and some money that we had saved we've been able to cover all of our fees to this point. Now we just need to raise the money for our trip and the fees that we'll need to pay in China. Thank you for being a part of helping to bring Walt home!
