All around us, people are doing quiet, courageous, beautiful
work. Neighbors feeding neighbors. Teachers encouraging students. Artists
bringing light into hard places. Community leaders holding people together when
things fall apart. Too often these people go unnoticed. Too often the systems meant to support
them are slow, complicated, and distant.
The Confetti Fund exists to change that. We believe encouragement should come quickly. Celebration should be public.
Generosity should feel joyful.
When people doing good work are surprised with encouragement and resources,
something powerful happens. They keep going. Others are inspired. Communities
begin to believe that goodness is alive and well.
