About this Fundraiser
Hello family and friends!
Zach and I have an incredible opportunity to travel to Cuba on a short term mission's trip this spring, and we need your support.
As many of you know, I am currently a Sophomore at Biola University, where I am studying Mechanical Engineering and working towards a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies. My brother, Zach, is finishing his senior year at Saddleback Valley Christian High School and is also planning to attend Biola University next year. For quite some time, Zach and I have been prayerfully and anxiously awaiting a door to open for us to serve abroad on a mission trip. God has opened those doors!
Until recently, practiced religion has been restricted under Cuba's communist control, leaving thousand upon thousands of people never having heard the name of Jesus. We will be spending the week working alongside e3 Partners to share the Gospel and to minister to those people.
From April 13 – 23, our team, consisting of families, individuals, local believers, and translators, will share God’s love through home-to-home evangelism, children’s ministry, and small group discipleship, with the goal of starting new house churches that can multiply. Our local partners are committed to following up with those who make professions of faith throughout the week to help keep the newly planted house churches sustained, even once we leave the country.
You can help support our family by committing to pray for our trip and all those we hope to impact. You can also give financially to help cover our trip expenses. We would be so grateful for your gift of any amount. Our financial portion for this work is $5350, which not only covers training and transportation for us and our Cuban partners, but also covers the cost of resources like translators, Bibles, follow-up materials, and funds for the new churches.
