Our Vulcan Scholarship Program enables trip volunteers to go on our e3 mission trips. At this time we are working to enable college students studying health and sciences as well as other college disciplines to go. With the cost of college, it is often difficult for them to raise funds for the trip.

Program participants must raise a half of their trip costs through various fundraising efforts. If they follow all the procedures, the Vulcan Fund could provide a scholarship provided the funds are available.

We began fundraising in 2009 for trips in 2010. Since that time, this Program has enabled hundreds of volunteers to go on medical mission trips.  Please consider sending at least one student!  Our average mission trip costs $3300 per person including training, airfare, ground transportation, lodging, food, translators, materials and preparation of our in-country leaders. 

Our annual goal is to enable a minimum of 125 college students studying health and sciences to serve on a medical mission trip with us!  Would you sponsor one or more?
