Dear family and friends,

Being in an occupational therapy program has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I've been able to build many friendships, and I'm beginning to see how my mentality is changing toward that of an occupational therapist. This upcoming spring, I will have the opportunity to serve on a mission trip with my classmates, to the beautiful country of Brazil. This mission trip will allow me to connect and use the skills that I’ve learned in school to assist local Brazilians and villagers by providing health fairs and health education and so much more.
