This summer, I'm headed to Harlingen, TX and Romania to help lead two mission trips rooted in street ministry!

As an intern at NEXT Worldwide, I'll work alongside the staff to prepare for these mission trips in the months and weeks before the trips, then assist the staff in leading both high school groups in the mission field. During both missions, we'll be out in the streets sharing the gospel, then working through leadership training at our home bases.

This past spring break, I went on a mission trip with my church high school ministry, who partnered with NEXT Worldwide, to the Dominican Republic. Our youth group went out into the streets and into homes to share the gospel with the people of Puerto Plata, just like we will in Harlingen and Romania this summer. While I'm incredibly excited to participate in such a courageous form of ministry, I'm even more excited to receive such excellent training from NEXT Worldwide as they prepare me to pursue a lifelong calling to missions and ministry.

I can't wait to see the work God will do in these two mission sites as well as in our office in Flower Mound. This summer holds some amazing potential for learning, growth, and discipleship. Will you join me in spreading God's love in these places through prayer and donations?
