Our Empowering Leaders Program is focused on coming-alongside local community leaders, local pastors, and church leaders. We have a vision to build healthy strategy, training, equipping, development, partnerships, and methods to see positive impact in homes, communities, and nations.

The Empowering Leaders Program consists of multiple opportunities to empower and build healthy leaders. Through training, we see that Ethiopian leaders are provided with the tools, materials, and hands-on assistance to thrive in their particular role in the community or in their church. Through local church partnerships, we have the opportunity to be hands-on with the leaders through aspects like helping strategize and implement methods, community development, healthy ministry, and one – on – one mentorship to see lives transformed. and build and empower healthy leaders and healthy churches.
