Current problems with this:​

In the Philippines, we have 2 seasons:
1. July to Dec – rainy season​
2. Jan – June - dry season​

For the 6 months of rainy season, we get​ almost 21 typhoons/monsoon rains. When​ it rains, we cannot hear the sound coming​ from speaker – during trainings, meetings,​ Worship service, and various gatherings.​

Need: Construct ceiling – with insulator​ and wooden panels.

Aircon for the Auditorium/Sanctuary and Mezzanine​

During summer months (Mar – June)​ the temperature goes up as high as​ 36 degrees Celsius with high​ humidity.​ Need - Install the following:​ 5 aircon, split type, 2 inverters​, 2 Glass enclosures for the​ mezzanine and lobby​

Plastering and Painting – Waterproofing and Aesthetic​ of 1st and 2nd floor Exterior Walls​

1st and 2nd floor are not plastered​ painted, sealed with water sealant​ and water proof materials. During​ rainy/typhoon season of 6 months, there are leaks in the windows/walls. Also enhances aesthetic.
