Federesi grew up in the BTCM program and now returns with a heart full of gratitude and purpose. As someone who experienced the love and support of BTCM firsthand, she is passionate about giving back—especially to the children she calls her BTCM brothers and sisters.

Now serving as a Social Worker, Federesi is deeply committed to empowering families, building strong relationships with the children, and creatively solving challenges to help kids return to safe, loving homes. Her faith in Jesus guides her every step, and she leans on Him daily for wisdom and strength in this important work.
