Thanks for stopping by my page. My name is Felicia Soedargo. I am currently studying Occupational Therapy at Loma Linda University (LLU). I want to share with you an exciting mission opportunity that God has presented to me.

During March 18-26, 2017, I will be going to Brazil with a team of other LLU students. We will be partnering up with Social Action Volunteers of the Amazon (ASVAM), a non-profit organization through the Adventist Conference in Manaus, Brazil. Together, we will connect with local Brazilians and villagers by providing mobile clinics and health education. We will also facilitate Vacation Bible School and worship with local villagers along the Amazon River.

I am particularly excited because this will be my first mission trip as a future Occupational Therapist (OT). Throughout my academic carrier I have had the burden for missions and spreading God's love through healthcare. I have gone to Belize, Peru, and Indonesia to help the underserved with medical treatment and it has deeply impacted my life. In the past year, God’s providence has led me to where I am today and I am excited to learn more about what He can do with me as an OT in the mission field, as well as to advocate for other OT's around the world.

As you can imagine, as a student, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people. I need to raise $1,500 by March 16, 2017, and I would be grateful if you would thoughtfully and prayerfully consider being one of those people. Most importantly, I also need your prayer support. I believe that prayer is the fuel for a successful mission trip as we follow God's leading in this ministry to Brazil. Without prayers nothing will happen.
