The city of Sodo, Ethiopia is a community that is rampant with street kids, heavily hit by HIV/AIDS, and a hot-bed for the sexual exploitation of children. Kidmia is honored to have been invited by the local government to assume the facility they have been operating.

Taking on this additional campus will allow us to be a safe haven for exploited and orphaned children in this urban area, provide holistic care for kids awaiting reunification or local adoption, and establish a headquarters for empowering vulnerable families in the Sodo area and facilitating local adoptions.
