Throughout my youth, by far my best experiences, favorite memories, and most meaningful friendships have been created on mission trips with my church. And now, as I've completed high school and prepare to embark on my life's next chapter, I have an incredible opportunity to participate in the longest and most challenging mission trip of my life.

On June 22nd, I am heading out with young adults from across the country (and even a couple from Norway!) on a 16 day spiritual adventure in preparation for an incredible labor of love. Along the way, we are camping in Colorado Springs, rafting the Arkansas River, hiking through Rocky Mountain National Park, and finally we will BUILD A HOME  - in partnership with Olivia's Basket and  Youth With a Mission - for a family in desperate need in San Antonio Del Mar, Mexico.

I know that this experience will push me in ways I have never been pushed before. And that I will be challenged mentally, physically and spiritually. I am excited to take part in my first international trip, to learn how to surf and build lasting relationships with fellow participants. 

With your support, I'm certain this experience will change lives. Together, we will move a family into a home of their own, providing hope for their future. And together, we will be a living, serving example of God’s love for all people.
