Help One Now is doing orphan prevention & family empowerment projects in partnership with the Kidmia Foundation in Gunchire, Ethiopia. These projects focus on education, health care, micro enterprise, and spiritual development in order to keep vulnerable children WITH their families.

The Reality

In Gunchire, Ethiopia, like so many other places in the developing world, many schools do not have basic classroom supplies like desks, blackboards, and other teaching materials to help the students learn. This fundraiser will provide these necessary items for schools that many children in the Help One Now Child Sponsorship program attend. Well-equipped schools that can provide a quality education are a major contributor to breaking the cycle of poverty and bringing sustainable change to Ethiopia.
