Gumuze City is located in northern Ethiopia in the Amhara region. There are 23 million people in this region and less than .02% have been reached with the gospel of Christ. The Orthodox have been in control of this region for centuries they do not teach the truth of the gospel. Because there is limited medical care in this region medical clinics open the door for the gospel and allows us to plant churches where there are no churches.
