Focus: Re-opening of Kairos Schools, assessing/closing academic and social gaps in education from school closure, rebuilding enrollment through awareness, expansion of education reach in to rural areas
- Resume operation of Kairos Schools
- Until school resumes continue virtual education for 200 students
- Continued provision of meals to 55 kids in the sponsorship program
- Establish a satellite school location in rural river community in partnership with the local church
Entrepreneurship → 60 Families
Focus: Going deeper instead of wider: Improving program quality and ensuring long term sustainable impact
- Implement closer monitoring and follow up
- Revise selection criteria
- Expand psychosocial support as families recover from COVID crisis
- Cost per family will increase due to 100% increase in fuel costs
Restorative Care → 10 Children/50 Families
Focus: Build our vision for Kairos Village, Respond to emergency needs as able
- Develop and finalize vision for Kairos Village. Potential focus will be on youth from rural villages, working in partnership with the local church
- Respond to community emergency needs when necessary and possible
