Susanna wants to go to Kenya?!

Yes, it's true.

As a Child Life Specialist master's student at Loma Linda University, I've been offered countless opportunities I've never had before to further my experience working with children. This Kenya Mission's Trip is one of them. Last year in November, I was able to go to an orphanage in Mexico and delivered Child Life services to the children. I absolutely loved the experience and have been waiting to volunteer in more travel opportunities like the Mexico trip. 

Lo' and behold, the Kenya trip was announced and I jumped at the opportunity. This will be the first time Loma Linda will be going to Kenya to introduce Child Life into the community and to help serve the families there. I cannot wait to interact with the children and provide services that will benefit the children, their families, and the communities they live in. 

However, as mentioned before, I am a master's student and attending Loma Linda full-time. As a full-time student living off of loans and my boyfriend's help, I would greatly appreciate any help and contributions that I can get to travel to Kenya. 

The goal is to raise $3,000 by July 31, 2020. Any amount would be tremendously helpful and I will love you eternally for the contribution. <3 Handmade thank you cards will be sent out, so please give your name if you choose to do so.
