This past year, I’ve been immersed in the CrossBridge
Discipleship School, learning how to walk more intimately with Jesus and his
purposes for me. So far, the Lord has pushed me to go deeper in my relationship
with him, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. More than anything, I’ve
learned that taking a step forward with him is worth more than a thousand steps
I could take on my own. And this summer, I’m taking another step forward with
him.
In June, I will be traveling with a team to Uganda to
minister to the refugees fleeing from war and unrest in South Sudan. Once
there, we will be walking alongside Ugandan and South Sudanese pastors,
teaching them how to share their own faith stories as well as sharing the Gospel
with those we come across. To be able to share the Gospel with those who have
never heard the incredible story of Jesus and the work he did on the cross is a
privilege, and I want others to hear this story! But, I know that I can’t do
this on my own. And God doesn’t want us to do things on our own. Which is why I’m
reaching out to you!
I would be honored if you would partner with me on this
journey. I want you to have a stake in the kingdom work that is being done in
this world. There are a couple of ways to partner with me: financially or
prayerfully. Or both!
To give financially if you feel led to, head to this link.
Any amount given is tax deductible and is greatly appreciated:

Of course, prayer is always needed, not just for me but for
the team I’m a part of! Here are a few prayer points you can pray for:
- Team unity amidst traveling to and from Uganda
and while we’re there as well
- Financial provisions to be plentiful for each
member of the team
- For God to continue to lay the groundwork for
his people to minister to the refugees and citizens in Uganda
- The people we are ministering to! That their
hearts would be receptive to what God is doing and going to do
- Traveling grace as we travel from here in the
states to Uganda and back
In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus says this: “Therefore go and make
disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the
Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you.” I want to be obedient to Jesus and make disciples of all
nations, and this is just part of what Jesus is doing! And I want you to partner
along with me!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach
out to me and let me know.
God Bless,
Jasmine Moody
