Joyce is a courageous leader who has risen through adversity with a strength that inspires every woman she mentors. Through her soap-making and business training programs, she equips young mothers and students to build confidence, income, and stability. This year she launched a community shop, hosted marketing days, and mentored more than 20 women.

Her leadership is bold, compassionate, and deeply shaped by her faith—and by the legacy of her mother, whom she lost two years ago.
