Last year, I had the opportunity to go to Ethiopia on an evangelical mission trip to share the gospel. This trip was nothing short of lifechanging. Seeing the power of the gospel and the love of Jesus at work changed not only lives of others but impacted my view of God. As I bounced around with the idea of going to Ethiopia again the Lord made it very clear that I should go again. He kept pressing on my heart, that he has given the time and availability in this season of my life and that it would be best used to build the church and the nations. Another super sweet confirmation for going this year, was by amazing woman I met in Ethiopia last year and have been emailing wince I left. She emailed me the night before I had to make a decision about this trip and her email said,"  Kaley pleas you come ethiophia Gosple work. "  After I received this email I felt the Lord really saying go, so here I am going to Ethiopia again this June. This year I am going again with the same goal as last year, make God known to the nations!

This mission trip aims to share the gospel with unreached people groups who have never heard the name of Jesus. We will spend our time working with local believers, including a translator, and go throughout the community, praying for and sharing Christ with those we meet. Our local partners are committed to following up with those who make professions of faith throughout the week and will establish new churches in those areas.

As I prepare for the upcoming trip, I would value your prayers. Please pray for our team and me, our Ethiopian translators and disciple-makers, and the people who hear about the love and grace of Jesus.
