Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

My name is Kerra, and I am currently a second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student with a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through movement. I chose this profession because I believe in the power of physical therapy to restore function, promote independence, and make a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives.

I have been given an incredible opportunity to participate in a mission trip to China (September 3-18) where I will expand my clinical knowledge and skills by learning diverse treatment approaches, interventions, and modalities used around the world. This experience will not only shape me into a more well-rounded clinician, but also allow me to better serve patients from a variety of cultural and clinical backgrounds in the future.

As I prepare for this journey, I am seeking support to help cover the costs associated with travel, lodging, and educational experiences during the trip.
