Hello Family and Friends,
Please join me in helping the Maasai people in Kenya, to construct a dormitory for a local school, and provide medical services to the people there.
I was luckily given the opportunity to participate in this Kenya Mission Trip that is organized by the African Mission Services and Pacific Union College. The mission service in Kenya began years ago, since then they have constructed 14 schools and a clinic for the Maasai people.
For this summer, the mission trip will begin from August 30th, and last till September 10th. In these eleven days, we will help build a dormitory for the students in Maasai Mara and provide them a comfortable place to live and study. We will also go to a medical clinic and provide services to the Maasai people.
As a student aiming to work within the medicine and health care fields, this trip will be an absolutely amazing experience to me, as I learn more about the culture of different people and the practice of medical services.
Although I have been saving up for this trip, I am still falling short of my goal of $2,625. I would like to invite those of you who are able, to help me reach my goal with your donations. Even if you are unable to financially support me, I would still appreciate your prayers for our group as we prepare for this trip.
Thank you for taking the time to show your interest in my goal and I will be sure to keep you updated on my progress.
