Friends and Family,

I have been given the amazing opportunity to go on a journey this summer to Haiti. The group and myself will be working with a wonderful organization called Help One Now who minister to orphans there. I am very excited and humbled to be given this chance to be able to help and care for the children there, as it is something I love doing here in my daily life. While we are in Haiti our team will be visiting a local church and witnessing what they do to serve their community, as well as visiting the orphanages and possibly conducting VBS for the children. I work in the nursery at my church, and being around kids is something I love doing, and when I heard about this trip to visit the orphanages in Haiti, I knew it was something I would not only love to do, but I genuinely believe I can help the children there! I only hope that you will consider helping me in this mission. Although humbling to ask, I would very much appreciate any help financially, but more importantly, I ask for your prayers for not only me, but for the rest of the members, and the children and people that I hope to visit in Haiti.
