Just wanted to give a life update and share what has been going on recently in my life!

A little over a year and a half ago, God led me to take a step of faith to pack up my life in Fort Worth and move to Dallas after a season of feeling stagnant and desiring change. And man, am I so glad that I took that step of faith!

Through the amazing people and church I found in Dallas, as well as the faith conversations I get to have weekly with other young adults through The Porch ministry, I have been awakened to see God actively move and work in big ways more frequently than I have ever seen before. Weekly, I get a front row seat of God’s sweet pursuit of His people and the work He is doing in their life. My time in Dallas has just been this reminder that nothing in this world will truly satisfy my heart like God can and that I can trust Him with everything- my job, where I live, trials, family, and relationships. God has also been working in me this last year to step out in boldness to share my faith and story of grace- not because of anything I’ve done or could do for God but what He has done in me! I realize I have a hope, peace, and freedom that I want everyone to be able to experience, which is why this next opportunity is so important to me!

God has opened the door for me to go on a short-term mission trip to Ethiopia with e3 Partners Ministry and Watermark Community Church this summer 2023. We will partner with Ethiopian Christians in order to help fulfill e3 Ethiopia's vision of planting churches within the unreached people there! We plan to build relationships and share Christ with Ethiopians who have never heard the name of Jesus before!

As I prepare for my trip, I want to ask if you would join me in prayer over our team for safety against the spiritual battles ahead and for God to use us. Please pray I am well equipped for the life change that will happen not only in the Ethiopian people, but in myself as well.

I would also like to ask you to prayerfully consider supporting me in this project by helping to cover part of the cost of the trip. Funds raised help to cover food, transportation, housing, translators and other necessities.
