Why Should I Believe is a ministry that reaches out to students who are looking for answers. A lot of college students are trying to figure out what direction they want to go in life, and part of that is thinking about who they want to be spiritually. This ministry focuses on showing them that there are good reasons to think that Christianity is true and worth believing in. 

We use a variety of formats in our meetings to explore topics in as many different ways as possible. Many of our meetings are led by our students and they guide discussions or give presentations on topics such as "Do all religions lead to the same place?" or "How can a loving God allow so much evil and suffering in the world?" Several times a semester, we host guest speakers including professional scientists, philosophers, and apologists.  And, from time to time, we hold formal debates, including a recent one on "Does God Exist?" between a Christian apologist and the former President of the American Atheists. 

We could use more Christians who can have conversations about what they believe and why they believe it. This is exactly what is happening in the ministry I lead at Georgia Tech. Why Should I Believe is producing intelligent, well-spoken Christian leaders who know how to give a reason for the hope that is in them. 

What I need is your help in making it possible for this ministry to both continue and to expand. The work I do at Why Should I Believe is a full-time job for me, and I need to raise support like any other campus minister or missionary. Please consider helping me reach the students at Georgia Tech.
