Our good friend Wuznique Camille died this month leaving
behind his family and four children. The
funeral has not been held yet because the family cannot afford it.
Wuznique was a beloved staff leader at Chanje Lakay and accompanied the
children everywhere. Our missions team members knew him well as he came
on every field trip, whether we took the kids to the beach or to the
mountains.
We want to raise $2500 to pay for his funeral and to
provide for his family. Haitian
funerals are extremely important in the culture and the Camille family
no longer has anyone able to work to provide for their needs. We
believe that this benevolent gift will help them in the days ahead as
they cope with the death of their husband and father.
Thank you for your generosity and for sharing this need with others.
