Cali is a strategic city in Colombia. e3 Partners has been working in and around the region of Cali for a number of years with great success. In particular, the development of the e3 Colombia Mentor Network is very successful in training hundreds of pastors and leaders with the vision and tools for starting, strengthening and establishing new churches.

Another major dimension of the successful ministry in the Cali region is Community Transformation. Our participation as North Americans in evangelism, discipleship and church planting expeditions are a powerful encouragement and motivation for our Colombian partners.

Why e3 Partners? Their vision is to make the local church accessible to everyone, everywhere. While that sounds noble yet impossible to us, they are actually getting it done. They have a proven history of making disciples, developing leaders and building church bodies. Last year Andrea and James helped in a third generation church plant (a church plant of a church plant of a church) who was doing outreach to plant a church. How many of us go to such a church, or have ever seen a third generation church plant? I am impressed by their methods and I want to learn more of how to implement their vision locally. I believe that we, too, should be working diligently to make the local church accessible to everyone around us. I believe going on a short-term mission trip with e3 Partners is an important step in making this vision a reality.
