Not all scars are visible. Many of our veterans are returning home only to face a different battle once they arrive — one being waged on the inside. The Mighty Oaks Warrior Programs is on the front lines of helping our veterans with PTSD find hope when they feel lost. They provide intensive, peer-based discipleship through a series of programs, outpost meetings, and speaking events dedicated to helping veterans find faith and freedom. Founded by Chad Robichaux, a vet who struggled to find purpose after multiple deployments, Mighty Oaks hosts men, women, mentorship, and marriage advance programs at multiple locations nationwide. The warriors who attend are fully sponsored for training, meals, and lodging needs to ensure that upon arrival to the ranch, each warrior is focused solely on his or her recovery and identifying purpose moving forward.
This veterans day, we want to give back to those who have given so much to us. We’re raising $1,000 for a scholarship to send a veteran through the Might Oaks program. Let’s honor the sacrifice of those who have served by giving of ourselves.
