We the Nunes! And we're adopting a little boy from West Africa.  We can't share his country right now, but here's some things we can share:

He’s almost 3 years old, probably the cutest little guy ever, and we're SO excited to be his parents.

When we started our adoption journey about a year and a half ago, we had no idea the journey God would take us on.  Initially we started on the path of adopting a little baby boy from Ethiopia, and then God opened our eyes to special needs adoption, soon after that we wanted to be ready for whomever God had for us, and widened our age, we wanted to be ready to fill a need. Then, we heard of a little boy in West Africa needing a family, it was complete divine intervention and we couldn't say no, it's as if God said "You said you wanted to fill a need, here's one!" So now, we are embarking on a ca-razy journey of adopting two little boys at the same time from totally different countries. We are hoping to travel to West Africa later this summer or possibly the fall to bring our little man home!

We've started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that we need to make our adoption a success. We have a donations goal of $8,000.  100% of the funds raised through Pure Charity will go to our adoption agency A New Arrival, toward our adoption and travel cost. We are positive that the Lord has asked us to allow others to be apart of our journey.  Thank you for coming along side of us and supporting us through prayer and financial support.
