With a total city population of 663,000, the North End of Winnipeg has a high concentration of Filipino, First Nations, and other migrant populations. The immense social challenges in this region make it a ripe place for the gospel to go forth and a harvest field to be raised up.

My week will be full of training and opportunities to share my faith in the community alongside local believers. I would love to taste traditional Canadian Aboriginal foods and culture and giving a week of my life so that the lives of countless others will be impacted for eternity!

If I am able to go to this Mission Trip it will be my 3rd out of Texas mission trip, but will be my first out of the country experience. I have heard of some amazing things that we will be doing while we are there. Last year I had a blast, I got to build relationships with friends and God, but also make new friends. I would love to go on this Mission trip to better myself but also better others and help other people get closer to God. This trip will give me the opportunity to help others but also help myself. Please help me get to my goal of $1,500 to be able to go on this Mission trip. Also your prayers for the other students going on this trip, for our safety and strength of getting through the rough times. Thank you in advance for helping me do Gods work for others.
