Currently in the state of Arkansas, there are over 300 children in the foster care system, waiting to be adopted. One of our goals at Project Zero is to give every waiting child a chance to tell their story through short film.
Through partnerships with Nathan Willis, DCFS and SOCO Church we are able to produce short films for waiting children that are shared via social media throughout the state and the country. Over the past few years we have seen more impact through the child's ability to share their own story than we could ever see sharing it for them.
Our goal of filming and updating over 300 waiting kids is a huge opportunity but also comes with great financial costs and we can't do it without the financial support of our community, so we are asking NWA to help us fund future short films so that together we can continue giving every waiting child a voice with the ultimate goal of them finding their forever family!
In 2020 alone we have filmed over 50 waiting kids & teens but we have around 140 waiting kids and teens still in need of a short film. Each film costs on average around $750 which go toward filming, editing, some travel expenses, and clothing needs so every child can look and feel their best.
$.90 cents of every dollar donated to Project Zero will go directly to helping waiting kids in Arkansas.
Every dollar counts & together we can change lives!
Thank you for helping us make a difference!
