Hi friends and family,

I'm so excited to share that I am going to serve in Costa Rica this July with my Grandma Lees.  Years ago I started reading Christian Heroes: Then and Now and got inspired to share the gospel.  I have been wanting to go on a mission trip and started taking Spanish this year in preparation.  When the opportunity came to join my grandma in helping people in Costa Rica, I was so excited.  Take a look at the description below and if you would like to contribute to the costs of going, I would really appreciate it.  I am working to raise money myself by mother's helping and doing jobs at our house in addition to saving my allowance.  

This is a unique opportunity to reach the people of Limón with the story of Jesus. We will be providing primary care, eyeglasses, and community health education. Then after addressing their physical needs, we will be giving them the opportunity to hear the gospel.

We will also encourage and disciple existing Christians. As people give their lives over to Jesus, they will be connected with local pastors who will establish new small groups and churches, ensuring a lasting impact in the region.
