Thank you for considering support my work at Refuge Foundation! I’m here to serve those who serve others!
About Refuge FoundationRefuge is made up of a diverse group of individuals who care deeply about faith and non-profit leaders and desire to see them flourish. All too often, faith and non-profit leaders experience stress and scrutiny that leads to leadership burnout.
The statistics are staggering. At Refuge, we desire to walk alongside leaders in a manner that serves them, refreshes them and coaches them toward holistic health. Refuge desires to serve people who serve people. By keeping not-for-profit leaders healthy, we believe we can bolster the organizations they lead and make the world a better place. There are plenty of organizations that offer helpful, remedial assistance to burnt-out leaders, their services are needed and valued. However, Refuge desires to avoid leadership burnout through preventative means thereby avoiding preventable crisis.
This year, I decided to leave my safe corporate career in Nashville and move to Montana to be apart of this ministry. It was the clearest thing I had ever heard God tell me to do, so I took the leap of faith and walked out into the unknown. It’s such a blessing to be able to serve the men and women that come out west to seek healing and restoration in their lives. With that being said, it is truly forcing me to completely rely on God. Especially financially. Room and board is covered and I am given a small stipend once a month, but is not quite enough for some of the things that I need. I still have big payments such as truck payment, car insurance, health insurance, gas and I have to start paying off my student loans starting next month ($28,000). I want to stay here and serve as long as possible but I will have to raise support in order to continue to do so! Please pray and consider donating either one time or even on a month to month basis! Any help at all is helpful! Even if it’s $10! Thank you so much for your consideration!
