It’s hard to believe 2026 is already well underway! We’re doing well and are thankful for how the Lord has been at work in our lives.

We continue serving at our home church, Trinity Bible Church. Last fall, Cesar expanded our college ministry to include young adults in their 20s. It has been encouraging to see the Lord begin forming this community, and we pray He will use the ministry to strengthen and encourage young adults during the college and early working years of life. Ashleigh’s role at the church also recently changed from Office Administrator to Ministry Coordinator. This shift reflects much of the ministry work she was already doing and gives her the opportunity to grow further in serving the church.

Outside of church, we are also learning what it means to be homeowners! We’ve quickly discovered there is always something to work on around the house, but we’re grateful for a place of our own and the blessing of living just a few minutes from church and from Ashleigh’s parents.

Last year, we had the opportunity to go on a mission trip with e3 Partners to Barranquilla, Colombia. It was a meaningful change of pace from our normal ministry rhythm to spend each day intentionally sharing the gospel, and the trip was spiritually encouraging.

This year, we have the opportunity to return to Colombia with e3 Partners on October 3–10. We will serve on the evangelism team, partnering with local churches to share the gospel in their neighborhoods. The trip will also include a medical outreach, where a medical team will set up clinics in the community to care for physical needs and demonstrate Christ’s love. As people leave the clinic, members of the evangelism team will have the opportunity to share the gospel with them.

We would love for you to be part of this trip through prayer. Please pray that the Lord would protect us from spiritual attack, prepare us to clearly share the Good News, and use this trip to encourage and refresh our hearts in ministry.
