What a whirlwind year it has been! The Lord has taught me so many things and I am still trying to take them all in. One of the biggest lessons I learned during my trip to Ethiopia in June 2015 was to trust God. Stepping away from the comforts of home, friends, and family, and traveling to a third world country showed me just how much I struggle with control. It is truly amazing and such a privilege to see how God can work in and through His people when we humbly submit ourselves and allow Him to use us to expand HIs Kingdom.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to return to Ethiopia in June 2016 with the young adult group from Watermark Community Church. This will be an entirely new group of people and I am already praying for how God will use us to share the Gospel with people who have never even heard the name of Christ before.

As I prepare for the upcoming trip, I would be honored if you would join me in prayer! Please pray for my team, our Ethiopian translators and disciple-makers, and for the people who get to hear about the love and grace of Jesus!
