Dear Friends and Family,
The Church at Rocky Peak has been active in Tanzania for the last couple of
years. In 2016, a group of us went out into an unreached tribe and helped plant
over 100 home churches that are now thriving. In 2017/18, we were able to
finance a water well project providing fresh clean water to many different
tribes composed of over 5000 people, as well as teach water hygiene and
community transformation using stories from the Bible. It was an amazing and
humbling experience that I hope all of you shared with me by watching me on
this journey via Facebook and/or through the emails that I sent.
It would bring me no greater joy
than to continue doing what I love. Therefore, I am asking you to
prayerfully consider supporting me once again so that I would be able to participate
in the next mission trip.
In February 2019, Rocky Peak
Church is participating in Mission Leading work and heading to a new area
within Tanzania. We will be using Cultural Transformation training,
identify spiritual and physical needs, sharing bible stories, and most of all
building strong relationships by loving the people of Tanzania. With this
trip, I will be on the ground and right in the action. We have received
permission to stay within the village, in tents, in order to maximize our time
there.
In order to participate in this
mission trip, the church is asking that I raise about $3,650 which would cover
all the costs associated with this trip. I would greatly appreciate any support
you are able to provide so I could not only spread the Word, but to Love on
people through action, compassion and support. Any donation, however big
or small, will be greatly and humbly received. Remember, it is the little
things we do today, that can have the greatest impact tomorrow.
If you are not able to give financially at this time, I would appreciate your
prayers.
I will not let you down and know that you will be with me on this
journey. If you have any questions or want to talk about the Mission or
previous missions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you all and God Bless.
